HEALTH REPORTS
Hi everybody,
Today you're going to watch some videos about health which can be helpful to prepare for the individual oral. At the same time, I'm going to use them to introduce a new text type: A REPORT
A SCHOOL REPORT ABOUT AUTISM
Click on the picture to watch the video and answer the questions on your notebooks.
1. What's the purpose of this school report?
2. Which main traits of autism are shown in the video?
3. Which negative attitudes do autistic children have to face?
ANIMAL HELP NEWS REPORT
What can animals do for people with autism or other disabilities?
Click on the pictures to find out:
EATING FISH? A NEWS REPORT
1. Why is fish considered healthy?
2. Why can it be a potential danger? How?
3. Is it worth eating fish? Why?
4. How much and which fish should we eat?
WRITING A REPORT
Now look at your notes in the dossier pages 17 and 18 on the text types section
What are the main characteristics of a report?
Now it's your turn to write a report, choose a topic, check your notes and ... down to the job!!!!
